What's going on with Dad?
This location is going to have to close it's doors so he is going to have to tell everyone. It was supposed to have been on Friday but now it looks like he will have to do it Monday morning.
Having been on both sides, I know it is tough. It's not easy for anyone on any side of the decision so I wanted to give Daddy a little encouragement because no matter what - he will always be my hero.
So, what all will he have to do? Will he still have a position? Yeah, it's never fun or easy to do that. Good luck and best wishes.
He should be standing in the parking lot today telling everyone to go home. It is a little scary because the previous owner would hire a lot of ex-cons, some of which Daddy had to call the police on or they have just shown up to take them back.
He will still have a position with the parent compnay ~ running around to all the places they acquire and taking care of them.
